What is the Health Literacy Forum?
Participants in our first Nashville Health Literacy Forum met on Thursday, October 22 to look at ways of improving community health literacy. Only 12% of the US population is health literate, leaving 88% of the community struggling to fully understand their health and the challenges they may be encountering. Be part of the solution working to improve health literacy in our community!

2. Join feedback on ideas/solutions/challenges through the Health Literacy Forum Survey below. Anyone is welcome to review the first ideas and concepts stemming from the October 22nd event and place a vote for priorities.
